Make Money Online – Do I Have to Spend Money?

Does it take money to make money online? Nope. Is it a good idea to reinvest your profits back into the business to enjoy explosive growth? Absolutely. Alright, my friend. That’s the end of the article, thanks for reading! Well, not quite. Let’s go ahead and discuss the dynamics of making money online, the potential for rapid growth, and a proposed course of action to turn your dreams into a reality… even if you’re currently flat broke!

The Dynamics of Make Money Online

Let me first clear up any confusion you may have about what online success actually DOES require. Hard work, perseverance, focus, and patience all immediately come to mind. Patience is optional, however, if you’re willing to trade your time for dollars. We’ll talk more about that in just a moment.

For now, please just understand that if you don’t have a lot of capital or human resources at your disposal, then you’re going to need to invest a good amount of your own personal sweat equity to make money online. And you’ll need to do so on a faithful and consistent basis. In other words, you’re gonna have to (gasp) work… hard! You’ve got to work diligently every single day, even if you don’t see any initial positive results.

But it’s not all bad, as there are certainly ways to see the money come in quickly For example, if you need money now and you’re willing to abandon the dream of residual, passive income for a little while, then perhaps you should consider becoming a service provider. You’ve got an endless supply of fellow marketers out there who are just begging to have content written for them.

Easy to Be A Writer for Other Marketers

These folks need articles, blog posts, press releases, ebooks, emails, and sales letters written for them immediately. Most of them are ready and willing to help you make money online and send you payment via Paypal completely on good faith. That means you get paid before you even do the work!

Of course, I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that you had better come through for these people if you want future work. But as long as you deliver, this is an excellent way to make some decent income very quickly. Beyond that, you can provide a multitude of other services, including video creation, graphics, article and blog submissions, and more.

Now if this sort of work doesn’t appeal to you, and you really want to live the “internet marketing lifestyle,” there are a number of free options for you to consider. There are literally hundreds, if not thousands of free-to-use social media sites out there, including blogging platforms, video sites, article directories, and discussion forums that can provide you with all the customers and revenues you’ll ever need to make money online.

You can promote your products and services directly to these folks, or work at getting your pages ranked in the search engines to enjoy some high-quality organic search traffic. Any good SEO training course can show you precisely how to do this. While you can always link directly to an affiliate offer, it is definitely a good idea to create your own landing pages to gain the trust of your audience.

If you’d like to create a free landing page to funnel all of your online traffic to, the sites that I would personally recommend that you choose from are Squidoo, Blogger, WordPress.com, and Weebly. These are all very easy to use, quite customizable, and have a proven track record of ranking well in the search engines. Being at the top of Google will definitely help you make money online

Content Boss – Automated Content Creation Tool

Article spinning and automating content are very popular these day. Actually spinning content has been around for a few years now. The idea is that you write or but or in someway get an article and then you find a way to “spin” the content.

Spinning content can take a few forms, it can be the changing of words, so turning buy into the word purchase or something. To make an article unique you need to make sure that 50% to 80% of the content has changed for Google to think of your article as unique. Another type of change is to rearrange paragraphs and sentences and this can often be found just by itself  by Google so the best method is to use both of these methods at once.

This concept has led to a whole industry of tools. The most popular are “The Best Spinner” and “Content Boss” both of these are services that are effective and pretty popular.

Content Boss

Content Boss is a service where you can either put your own article in and have the service spin it immediately or you can take on of their articles and it comes prespun for you. The service itself is fairly cheap at $30 a month for 150 articles so just a dollar a day for five articles. Price is right.

What kind of articles do you get? Well I havepretty high standards for the quality of my articles and these articles definitely do not pass my standard for good article quality so I had to edit my articles somewhat. If you are just looking for autoblog type content, or are just looking for filler for blogs this would probably be good enough but if you have regular readers they are not going to like this content at all.

Improve on Content Boss?

So with lots of articles and dubious quality what do you do? I think there is a place for Content Boss in your posting arsenal at some point. If you are creating backlink type articles on web 2.0 sites this quality is maybe good enough and if you want to use Content Boss articles on your own blog then you will need to scan and rewrite by paragraph and in my case I will add a picture, check and improve keyword density, and add titles and subtitles to break up the text.

So should you but Content Boss? Well I stuck with the service for a month and let it expire. I found that for articles I had enough and I was not willing to go to the work of rewriting articles for my blogs or even backlink locations. Check it out and see what you think for yourself, for $30 a month Content Boss is a great and cheap source of unique content

How to Write Better Copy

How to Write Better Copy

Many marketers want to learn how to write better copy to sell or improve market recognition. Your written business materials are outdated, irrelevant or simply do not reflect the current state of your business. How can you get the best product with the most efficient use of your resources? You want high quality business materials designed to attract exactly your target market. You need to feel confident and proud when you hand over written materials, or give out your website address.

You want writing that explains what you do in such a way that you predictably get inquiries, questions, contacts and opportunities to discuss your services and products as a result of providing the information. What do you need to keep in mind as you go through the revision process?

5 Tips on How To Write Better Copy

1. Make it about them, not about you. Don’t brag about all your qualifications. That’s not going to get you their attention and interest. It’s certainly not what you lead with – unless you want to turn prospects off forever. Talk about THEM. Know your target market so thoroughly that you are able to describe their lives and their problems as they experience them. Be especially detailed in describing the problem you can help them solve. You must be able to present this information in such a way that they instantly recognize that you “get” the problems they are dealing with.

2. Create a “writing system” – a sequence of documents each designed to more deeply distinguish your business from others, and move potential clients one step closer to working with you. A writing system works like this – your tagline arouses curiosity and interest. Your elevator speech creates interest and attention. Your one page executive summary gives a high level description of the way your business works. Your website gives all the in-depth information. Special reports and articles demonstrate various facets of your expertise. Each piece intrigues and explains and increases the comfort your target market feels in getting to know you better and approach you. You end up with a piece of information that is appropriate at every step of the process of converting a prospect to a client. All the written pieces are coordinated as a whole and the system produces predictable responses.

3. Get expert help. This will save you money and time and deliver better results – more clients and more revenue. Unless you’re an expert marketing writer, your efforts will be amateurish and ineffective. If you are an expert marketing writer, you probably will be too busy working your business to devote the time that this writing project needs. Is it a savings to not take care of business and to lose revenue so that you can save the cost of a professional writer?

4. Be crystal clear on your target market. Don’t forget that they need to have a budget for your services – if they don’t, can they truly be your target market? The more intimately you know, understand and can describe those prospects that you want as clients, the more effective your written materials will be. If you don’t have depth of knowledge of your market, you’re targeting incorrectly. Either change your target or do what it takes to get that knowledge and experience.

5. Set yourself apart from other businesses with your description of the benefits and results that your clients have experienced. These benefits and results need to be described from the viewpoint of your existing or former clients. Do this in such a way that your readers FEEL how great those results feel to get. You want to invoke hope and desire for those same results in your prospects.

These how to write better copy tips should be comething that you keep close to you and remember whenever you sit in front of a blank word processor window.
