How much is 1000 visitors worth using different forms of marketing.
If you have 1000 visitors and have a lot of types of ads on your site you will leak traffic between different places. This is not susually good but think about htis one little tidbit. If you had ONLY amazon ads on your site how many books would you sell? If you had only Adwsence on your site how many clicks would you get and how much would you make per click. And finally if you were selling clickbanks products on your site how many clicks through and conversions to sales would you have?
Now this is a difficult calculation to do but it all depends on the way people are finding your site and the motivation of people on your site. Are they looking for information? Are they looking for product review on their way to a purchase? Are they interested in a subject but not buying a product and instead just looking for free resources?
You can probably see where this is going and it is a big subject that will make or break your business. Who are your visitors? What are they looking for? and finally What is your visitors motivation?
