Many people, myself included use article marketing as a method to get backlinks to our sites and to drive traffic as well. Because of the popularity of sites like ezinearticles and goarticles there is a new type of article site that is closer to being a webpage then a simple artilce. I have written about Squidoo being this kind of site and now another, hubpages has caught my eye.
The idea with hubpages is that you create a page with an article and then there are adsense ads on that page with some revenue going to you and some revenue going to the owners of the site itself, very similar to Squidoo. Some of the ways that hubpages rocks is that it allows porn article pages (porn pays big for affiliate sales although I have not used it yet), hubpages also allows you to do direct links to affiliate programs (no landing page needed), and hubpages is not as crowded as other sites.
Also Google likes Hubpages just like it likes Squidoo. Lots of love and high rankings with long tail keyword articles.

Nice quickie, bill.
HubPages is one of many revenue streams available to writers who love to write and not be bothered by choosing a revenue model to support their writing.
As a Blogger publisher, I use several revenue models on my blogs and have to say that sites like HubPages offer a much easier way to generate autopilot income.

Hi, I liked your post about Hub Pages and you have a high ranking for this page on Google.
I was at the JV Alert in San Diego this last August and there was a speaker who is making a killing with; Long tail keywords, Hub Pages and Stumble Upon.
He didn’t get into great details unless he chose to mentor someone for alto of money of course.
Thanks for the post!
