Here is a video of a guy that setup a real storefront on Amazon and has some interesting ideas over three You Tube videos on how he made $11,000 in just the last few months on Amazon. His site is www.friendlyhippo.com.
Look at how he setup the site that he sells through. There would be some programming needed but this can be done by going to elance.com and finding a programmer to write your code.
The one thing to remember with many of these stories of making money is that they pay money for Google Adwords ads so there is a little bit of money in ad spend to get there.
