OK, really sorry but I am so slow today. I have been playing with all of the betas of the new WordPress 3.0 and now yeaterday I missed the official launch.

The best new features of wordpress are the new custom menus and also the WordPress MU, the multi users multi blog version although I am not a autoblogger so the multiuser is soemthing that I could care less about myself.
The other great feature I think in WordPress 3.0 is the updates all being in one place so that you can update versions in the future as well as plugins without having to worry about your blog going down.
